THE DESIGN OF THE SPONSOR’S MARK IS APPROVED
The procedure for approval of the sponsor’s mark begins with a request for approval of the applicant’s private design, by completing the relevant form.
If you are the holder of a sponsor’s punch and 10 years have elapsed since its approval, you must renew the mark by filling in the relevant form.
Holders of a sponsor’s mark who voluntarily cease their activity or resume it within a maximum period of 5 years must complete the relevant form.
KEEPING THE SAME MARK FOR ANOTHER DISTINCT ACTIVITY
If you wish to keep the same sponsor’s mark for two or more different activities, you must complete the relevant form .
If you wish to cancel the sponsor’s mark, you must complete the relevant form.
TRANSFER OF A SPONSOR’S MARK AND ITS EXTENSION
Within 60 days of the death or dissolution of the owner of a sponsor’s mark, any of the heirs, duly authorised and having the consent of the others, may request the transfer of the mark to his/her favour, or its possession in precarious capacity, by filling in the relevant form.
In the event of changes to the data having been declared in the application for approval of the sponsor’s mark, the holder of the mark shall notify the Assay Office, within 30 days of those changes, by completing the relevant form.
