INCM has the competence to inspect, investigate and decide on processes related to the assay and marking articles of precious metals and titles for accessing the activities.
What are the rights of inspected entities?
– Request the identification of the inspection team (inspector’s card)
– Monitor the inspection process
– Monitor the actions taken.
What are the duties of inspected entities?
– Provide relevant data and information about their activity
– Allow the inspection team access to the premises.
